ROTARY CLUB OF CAMBRIA FOUNDATION, INC.

Paramount throughout the world with Rotary Club members, and especially in the Cambria Rotary Club, is “Service Above Self”. With this in mind, the Cambria Rotary Club has established the Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. to better serve the needs of our community and others in need. The Foundation Board is comprised of Rotarians dedicated to pursuing and funding effective projects and charities.

The Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. is an on-going, 501(c)3, non-profit corporation offering a single, tax-exempt endowment instrument... allowing you to know that your contribution will be well spent towards the avenue of assistance which most interests you, without the cost of administration fees to detract from your total donation...

The Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3, #77-0277375, non-profit corporation which allows donors to make charitable contributions and receive a tax deduction in return.

The Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. is organized under the auspices of the Cambria Rotary Club. The Foundation directors carefully distribute financial donations to selected projects and charities. There are no administrative costs drawn from donated funds. The Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. recognizes monetary gifts in honor of individuals who celebrate anniversaries, birthdays or any special occasion... or as memorials for friends or loved ones.

HONORARIUMS & MEMORIALS FOR THOSE WHO GAVE SERVICE ABOVE SELF: For a contribution of $1,000 or more, the name of the donor, memorial, or honorarium will be placed on a roll call list of “Exceptional Individuals Devoted to Service”. Gifts may also be made through the transfer of securities or real estate, by establishing some form of life income plan, by making the Foundation the beneficiary of an insurance policy, or by including the Foundation in your will. A list of recipients will be posted soon on this web site.

When considering a gift, Directors of the Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. are available to assist you in understanding how projects are developed and supported and how you can be part of that support through your tax deductible donation.

The Cambria Rotary Club members have been practicing “Service Above Self” since 1971. Their involvement and contributions to this community and towards humanitarian projects throughout the world will live on with this foundation as the distribution vehicle of charitable funds.

?The main purpose of the Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. is directed toward local community service projects. The Foundation is charged with identifying areas of need, and to work toward a private sector solution to these problems. If preferred, donations may be specifically designated toward any local community Rotary project or Rotary International humanitarian project.

ABILITY... of experienced fiscal management

The Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation, Inc. is administered by a Board of nine Directors who are members of the Cambria Rotary Club. Two of which are the Past-President and the Incoming President of the current year. The current club President is an ex-officio member. Six at large Directors serve staggered terms. This structure gives the Board long-term stability and ability to administer management policies, have control of disbursements, and develop projects that address needs of those less fortunate, within the Cambria community and throughout the world.
